Dear all.. im with my newborn 11 days old.. she been taking breast milk and sometimes top up with formula milk.. her poop looks like this.. and it's very watery.. when we change her diaper and she poo poo can spray like fountain... usually she poo like 3-4 times a day.. is this normal?
