The Satilla Regional Center for Memory Disorders is designed to address the unique challenges of those in our community who suffer from memory-related illnesses. The caregivers in the Center for Memory Disorders will determine distinguishing factors through screening and full evaluations. These factors will help doctors identify diseases, disorders or medical conditions that affect memory loss.

- Bi-polar Disorder
- Brain Injury
- Brain Tumors
- Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

Treatment TeamThe Center for Memory Disorders is unique to southeast Georgia in providing a continuum of services through a network of caregivers and Satilla Regional Medical Center. We will work with you and your family to identify treatment goals such as changing problem behaviors and thought patterns, learning more effective coping skills, as well as how to manage the symptoms of your illness. Early diagnosis, evaluation, intervention and education are the best forms of treatment.
